James Hoffmann, the winner of the World Barista Championship in 2007, publishes his experiences and opinions about coffee on his YouTube channel, the largest YouTube channel specializing in the world of coffee with more than 1.5 million subscribers. He is an entrepreneur, coffee consultant, and author in the world of coffee. Since Hoffmann’s emergence by winning the World Barista Championships, he has been credited with pioneering the British Third Wave coffee movement.
